The legal position developed by the team was supported by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and included in the Review of Judicial Practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation No. 2 (2022)., acts of lower court were overturned.

Arbitration proceedings on two of the opponent's claims were terminated due to lack of competence, and the arbitration clause was declared void.

  • Elaboration and successful realization of a strategy for the client’s exit from the shareholding of the group of companies earlier acquired by him (UK, Singapore) with full compensation for the costs incurred for the acquisition of shares and the costs of legal consultants.

  • Representing the interests of a private investor in the framework of debt recovery under a loan agreement from a manufacturing company, focusing efforts on bringing the persons controlling the debtor to subsidiary liability. For the first time in Russian court practice, legal entities were brought to subsidiary liability along with beneficiaries - individuals: the company to which the debtor's business was transferred, and the company that was used to evade taxes.

  • Representing the interests of the founder of the “Svyaznoy” group of companies in disputes with the creditors and in his personal bankruptcy proceedings in the amount of more than 50 000 000 USD with the restoration of the missed deadline for appeal after several years. All controversial issues have been resolved.
